TEMPLATEThis page is a structure with placeholders, not legal advice. Fill every “To supply” block and have counsel review it before you publish. App Review needs a working link to these terms in the app and in the App Store description, because Trashy Pro renews automatically (guideline 3.1.2).

Terms of Use

Effective [effective date] · Last updated [date]

DECIDE

Either use Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement and treat this page as supplemental terms, or upload a custom EULA in App Store Connect and publish it here. The sections below work for either.

1. Agreeing to these terms

These terms are between you and [legal entity name] (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using Trashy, you agree to them.

TO SUPPLY

Minimum age to use Trashy, and how the terms apply to someone using it with a parent's permission.

2. Using Trashy

Trashy is licensed to you, not sold, for personal use on Apple devices you own or control, as set out in the end user license agreement above.

3. Your photos and your decisions

Your photos stay yours. Trashy never deletes a photo on its own: photos are deleted only after you tap “Delete N photos” and confirm iOS's own prompt. Deleted photos move to your Recently Deleted album, where iOS keeps them for up to 30 days, or less if your iCloud storage is over its limit. You're responsible for checking what you delete.

TO SUPPLY

Counsel's wording on responsibility for deleted photos once iOS has removed them.

4. Trashy Pro subscriptions

Trashy is free to download, and your first sort is free. Sorting new photos after that needs Trashy Pro. Plans at launch, in US dollars:

Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, or when a free trial ends. A subscription renews automatically at the same price and length unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends. To cancel, open Settings › your name › Subscriptions on your iPhone. If you cancel during a free trial, you aren't charged. Prices can vary by country, and the App Store shows your price before you pay.

If a subscription ends, sorting new photos pauses. You can still empty the trash, rescue photos in Last look, browse your Keepers, open the Sticker Book and Your wins, keep your coins, and keep and wear every item you own.

TO SUPPLY · KEEP IN SYNC

These prices and the trial length must match App Store Connect. During a price or trial test, state how this page describes it (see website/README.md › Prices).

5. Refunds

Apple handles all payments and refunds. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

6. Coins, items and Golden Trash

TO SUPPLY

What happens to coins and items if Trashy is discontinued, and how restoring purchases works across devices.

7. Fair use

TO SUPPLY

Acceptable-use rules (no reverse engineering, no cheating the coin system, and so on).

8. Disclaimers and limits of liability

TO SUPPLY

Warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability, written by counsel and consistent with the EULA.

9. Governing law and disputes

TO SUPPLY

Governing law (state), venue, and whether there's an arbitration clause or class-action waiver.

10. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll tell you in the app before it takes effect.
